What Causes Muscle Pain?
When the body is in balance a person will feel energetic and without pain. In comparison, when it is out of balance and the muscular and skeletal systems are not in sync to create fluid motion, there is pain. Most pain is caused by: abrupt injury, repetitive motion of daily activity, and the wear and tear of years of use.
How Does DZRRT Treat Pain?
This form of massage therapy focuses on restoring the body to its natural state of equilibrium. Danzan Ryu Restorative Therapy does this by moving the blood, lymph, and qi (pronounced chi) or energy, while releasing tight, distraught, muscles that cause you to feel pain. This massage seeks to restore that natural sync of the muscular and skeletal systems that is disrupted by the repetitive motions of daily human activity, common injury, and chronic conditions.
How Long is My Session/Massage Time?
Your massage can vary between 45min-2 hours. It depends on what type of massage you are looking for, how long you personally want the massage to be, and what ailments you’re requesting to be worked on; as well as, what other trouble spots I find along the way. This is the actual amount of time you will receive massage. The time you pay for is the time you get. Paperwork, chat time, and dressing do NOT affect your time on the table. I believe it is important for my clients to receive not only a quality massage, but the duration they have asked and paid for. You can find available massage times and durations here.
What Can You Expect After a Session?
Danzan Ryu Restorative Therapy is a massage therapy experience unlike any other. After receiving this massage you will feel more energized, relaxed, and renewed. It will make you feel better than you have in years. After receiving massage your stress and pain will be reduced and in some cases non-existent. Depending on the severity of your ailment or injury; pain cannot only be reduced, but completely resolved after a series of sessions and help you to avoid invasive procedures such as surgery.
